Carver High School students competed in the annual academic UIL Competition at Aldine High School. There were two competitions: Speech and Debate and Journalism. Everyone placed in at least one event. Mr. Cobb, the professional communications teacher at Carver, is very proud of his students. “All the hard work they put in is coming to fruition,” he said with tears in his eyes.
